Loved this place! Went in during lunch hour on a Friday absolutely starving (unfortunately, I had skipped breakfast; never again!). There were two people in front of me who had already ordered; so I was the first in line when I arrived. I ordered the Banana Bo Bana smoothie and the black bean burger on a whole wheat wrap. I got my smoothie almost right away. It was sooooo good. First off, I love bananas; they're my favorite fruit. The smoothies was super rich in banana flavor. Not overpowering and overly sweet, just perfect. The wrap came next. The girl preparing it just went down a list of veggies, toppings, and sauces I wanted to add on it and I just had to say "yes" or "no". The end result was delicious! Aside from the extras, the black bean burger itself was full of flavor. My smoothie and wrap combo had me in lunch heaven. I was very pleased. Another great thing was the price. You get a huge smoothie, plus a generous sized wrap for about $8.50. And it's healthy! Great food + great pricing = happy girl. No doubt I will be back to try their other menu items.

On a Saturday early afternoon, I was introduced to this place for a post-workout meal. Well, there are SO many smoothie options and a great deal of meal options as well. Being ridiculously indecisive, I appreciated the woman behind the counters suggestions and patience. She was very kind and helpful. Decided on a turkey wrap for food. They have TONS of additional veggies you can add. Just to name a few, they can put broccoli, shredded carrots, pickled beets, and other uncommon additions not found at your standard publix or whole foods. They also break the veggies apart so it's not concentrated in one area and it's evenly spread. The prices are seriously unbeatable (5 bucks) and the taste is absolutely delicious. My new favorite place to get a wrap for sure. The smoothie was delicious. Was told to tell them to not add sugar, which was a great hint. The smoothie was perfectly sweet, and didn't have the nasty artificial sweet taste. You can add supplements to your smoothie for a very low additional cost too. Affordable, healthy, and delicious with great service! What more could I ask for? They also have a wide variety of chips and health bars and can pretty much juice anything you want. The possibilities and combinations you can create are endless. Great customization.

I was a couple doors down at Doris Italian Market picking up some ingredients for Friday night homemade pizza and ran into the owners. They were both really nice ladies and when I told them I was looking to get a quick, light meal closeby, they both chimed in with "Why don't you come down to our place?". Long story short, I'm really glad I did. Had a very nice salad with 2 scoops of chicken salad on the side for $4.88. You can choose from 18 different veggies to put on your salad at no extra charge. Mary Lou, one of the owners, came out to see how I was doing and we talked for a bit. Turns out they've been here for years. Wishing I'd discovered Power Smoothie a long time ago! Definitely a thumbs up kinda place.

I am so happy that I found this place! As a single, full-time working mom this will become our quick lunch/dinner spot when I'm just not in the mood to cook or have no time. Not only is it 100x healthier than what any drive-thru place can offer, the wraps are delicious! I definitely do my best in trying to promote a healthy lifestyle in my home so I'm super excited to hear my daughter ask when we're going back. The staff was super nice and informative. You may have to wait in line about 5-10 minutes but it's definitely worth it.

My favorite smoothie / wrap place In the Pembroke pines, Miramar, Hollywood area. Love their chicken Ceasar wrap!! The customer service has improved tremendelously in the last couple months since they started hiring friendlier girls, so because of that, I am happy to give them 5 stars .

Fresh, healthy, and delicious! This health food oriented fast food restaurant specializes in blended smoothies, wraps, salads, and healthy snacks. This is my go to spot when I want something healthy and fast. It is very reasonably priced for what they offer.

The first time I came here I had a yummy smoothie (Tropical Breeze) with lots of great options to choose from. Then I decided to give a wrap a try- what an amazing decision. If you want something with tons of veggies options for a low price... You've found the place. The only negative is that this hidden gem, isn't so hidden, so during lunch the line can be long. If you haven't checked out this local joint yet, you'll want to. :)

Horrible service! Absolutely horrible! The staff this particular day were nasty, all but one person! I ordered my food ahead of time, the young lady that took the order had an attitude, arrived to pick up my order she still had an attitude...normally your smoothie cup is filled to the top, I asked politely if I could have the rest of my smoothie, the employee was aware because she acknowledge that the remainder of what she gave me wasn't from the blender that was used to make my smoothie, poured the rest of it in my cup and when I told her it didn't taste good she told me I would need to pay for another smoothie because "I" altered the smoothie..there was a black girl there looking at me with the most disgusting look and rolled her eyes at me...they've lost a loyal customer!

Great healthy sandwiches. A lot of different options. On the smoothies I give them 2 stars because they rely on bananas as a sweetener because they don't add artificial sweeteners (only use cane sugar/juice) but it's very healthy and they have a variety of food.

This place is a nice alternative to the average smoothie chains. I've visited 3 times this summer. Prices are decent and I like the taste of their smoothies. I visited twice during lunch hour and the place was full with customers. The line can get a little long but it went really quickly on both occasions and the employees are also very nice.

Searched for a healthy restaurant near me and power smoothie popped up! I couldn't believe how cheap it was. I didn't try any of their smoothies or juices but the list looked great! I got a grilled chicken wrap for around $4 and a grilled chicken salad for $5! You can add as many veggies as you want too, great place for a quick lunch!

Always a good experience. The ladies that work here are always kind and work to the fastest of their ability. Great smoothies & fresh pressed juices. They also have an efficient variety of proteins and supplements including fat burners and bee pollen to add to your beverages.The weekends get pretty busy but everyone's in and out so you'll never have to worry about not finding a seat. Great addition to Pembroke Pines. Love this place. My daughter gives it 2 thumbs up, She loves the strawberry daiquiri smoothie.

This place is nothing fancy but perfect when you need to grab something quick and healthy to eat. You can build your own sandwiches and wraps- I got a grilled chicken wrap with lettuce, tomato, cucumbers, sprouts, scallions, carrots, mayo & vinegar. It was delicious and filling & I didn't feel horrible after eating it. At some healthy places, they overcharge for the food and smoothies-- not here! Smoothies run in the 3 dollar range, wraps and sandwiches are 4-5 dollars. They have fresh juices to for about $2. What can beat that? I hate overspending for food just because it's organic and healthy so I left pretty happy.

Love this place, best prices for smoothies anywhere in town. Their smoothies have a special consistency to it that makes them special. Wraps are great. My favorite items are the Jamaican Jammer Smoothie, the Coconut crazy, and strawberry coloada.

I was driving home from work and discovered power smoothie and thought I would give it a try. Literally the best wraps I have ever had. I go and get a wrap from there at least twice a week because the ingredients are so fresh and they always give you a lot of stuff in it. The Italian wrap is my favorite. Seriously the wraps are HUGE! Highly recommend this place to everyone I know in the area.

So this place has really good smoothies however some of the staff is very rude. When I went it was really busy and there is one poor guy making all the smoothies and two other girls. One in the register and the other making wraps and sandwiches, instead of helping him out since it was busy they were just rushing him and criticizing him, those girls need to learn about teamwork. It's unprofessional to be scolding someone in front of all the customers instead of helping and trying to fix the problem, I would've given them at least a 4.5 if it weren't for those girls, oh well.

Imagine my surprise when I finally walked into this smoothie place and discovered its awesomeness! It's so close to my house and I could kick myself for not going in here sooner. I don't have any reason as to why I discriminated against the place. It never did anything to me. Sure it's in a nondescript strip mall and it looked a little lonely on the end over there but no reason to turn a side eye to the place! "Who's going in there?" is what I would think to myself. Well, this girl is going in there from now on! Power Smoothie rocks! Their prices cannot be beat. Never! Ever! If I knew it was that affordable, I would have been in there years ago! It showed up in my feed one day and I was in need of a nice smoothie so I decided to walk on in. I looked up at the menu board and there right in front me it read "$3.25." I did a double take. $3.25? For a 21 oz smoothie? In South Florida? In Pembroke Pines? The gods have answered my prayers!!! There are a variety of smoothies to choose from. You can mix and match, add & subtract and they don't hassle you nor do they charge you a fee to do so. They also prepare wraps, salads, & sandwiches. I only tried the smoothie but the prices on the food made me take note that I would be back soon. They sell a variety of chips and healthy snacks to complement your meal. They all have a "healthy" side to them meaning that they're better than the normal things you get in a grocery store but you still need to read the labels to know what you're really eating. "But why only 4 stars, Anquanette?" Well, the decor is a little dated. There were these huge fake palm trees leading to the bathroom that looked as though they hadn't been dusted since 2006. There were ceiling tiles missing and the place just looked a little sad. Also, it took about 8 minutes to get my smoothie around 4pm. It wasn't the lunch rush so I couldn't understand the reason for the delay. Compared to other smoothie places, the wait time would have probably been 3-5 minutes. But hey. I can't have it all now can I? Low prices and fast service? In what world??? That may be asking a bit too much so I'll settle for the lower prices and just know I won't be heading to Power Smoothie when I'm looking to be in and out.

I want to like this place, first off, they don't really have the standard 'green smoothie' and secondly, i found a piece of rubber in my drink which probably came from the blender, yuck! The place looks like it caters more to the bodybuilders with a number of the drinks added with some type of protein powder. I have mixed feelings about this place.

This place is the best smoothie place around. I would definitely recommend their Power Smoothie Plus and the Peanut D'Butter. However, it gets extremely busy during lunchtime, and sometimes the line extends to out the door. I made the mistake of going there during my lunch break, and I ended up waiting 45 minutes in line just to order a smoothie. However, it was definitely worth the wait, and I am still a recurring customer.

Great place to grab a healthy lunch. Service is fast & friendly. Get a wrap and they'll offer you a variety of toppings. I usually pickup lunch to go but it's also nice enough to sit in and relax during your lunch hour.

WOW!!!! I found a hidden smoothie place. (They are in the shop where Monkey Joes is, on the other end. ) Mom and Pop shop with Super sweet staff. Endless Options and Awesome Pricing. Seriously, when I go to other spots they charged me about $10 for one smoothie. Here, I got a smoothie and carrot cake and paid half. Bird is the word. Will definitely become a regular.

A great place for heathy food! I will admit I only order smoothies here, and have never had their food. It looks appetizing enough, but I am gluten-free and the wraps are not. Power Smoothie offers a variety of choices for smoothies - some yogurt-based and others not. My personal addiction is the Peanut D'Butter, made with honey, bananas, and a rather huge glop of peanut butter. I've also had the Pina Colada and the Berry Smoothie. Everything is fantastic. Feel free to customize as you wish. They do charge for extra ingredients, but will also tinker around with existing recipes by swapping and substituting in order to get you the best possible price. My only complaint is the service can sometimes be really slow. If it gets crowded, you may have a 10-or-so minute wait between when you order and when it is made. This is because they only have a limited amount of blenders. It can also be chaotic because they call out orders by the name of what you've ordered - I would suggest calling out people's names instead. But, in the end, it is well worth the wait. And, with the average price between $3.49 and $3.79 for a great, healthy and filling smoothie, the value is tremendous.

There is definitely a shortage of quick and healthy and fresh spots in the area but this is one of them! Loved the smoothie and the wrap (nicely assembled) for a very good price. My only wish is for the assembly line for choosing the ingredients in the sub or wrap would to be better organized for time efficiency and ease but besides that I can't complain, very tasty!

This is my one of my favorite places to get a fresh salad. All of the produce is fresh, vibrant and crisp. I usually get the grilled chicken salad. One of the great things is that you get to customize your salad (think subway, only way better!). You can choose from over 15 veggies to have put in your salad. Imagine a large container filled with all of your favorites! sprouts, cucumber, radishes, sweet peppers, jalapeños, onion, tomato, and more, all on top of a bed of crisp romaine lettuce. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. They also have a great selection of smoothies with plenty of add-ins (protein supplements, bee pollen, sprulina, etc.). They use fresh fruit, non fat yogurt and juices. Also turbinado sugar is the standard in all smoothies unless you request other wise. Which is a plus in my book. I'm a stickler for a the meal replacement smoothie (chocolate) and I add banana. Great way to get you protein in without having to sit. Wrap, pitas, subs.... again.... anything you want on them, in them, is do able. 6 or 7 different wraps (garlic and herb, multigrain, tomato, etc.) . I have had the turkey wrap on a multigrain w/ tons of veggies. The wrap is the size of a footlong sub practically. Very filling and super fresh. My fiancée got the chicken caesar wrap on garlic & herb and also the tuna salad on wheat, both of which he approves. And he is a burger and ribs kind of guy. The ladies that work there are the best! They greet you with a smile and are always ready to give you the awesome-est meal ever! Everytime I go the service is quick and I'm treated with respect. That makes me a happy customer. To sum up my rant.... very fresh, get what you want, fast, friendly and inexpensive. You can't go wrong... well I guess only if you don't go and try it for yourself :)

This is my new favorite place. I found this smoothie shop after driving around for 30 minutes to trying to find another place. Thank goodness I made it here. I went on a Saturday afternoon and they were busy. The prices are awesome and the smoothies are delicious. I love that they were able to accommodate my special request without a hassle and adding on extra charges. They also sell wraps and sandwiches, but I have yet to try them. Bonus for me is that it's close to my gym and healthy. Go try them!
